Appointment Questions

How do I book an appointment with Cindy?
To book an appointment with Cindy, please call the office at 519-268-3123 or send an email to info@trilliumii.com. Please note, if you leave a voice message, please ensure to include your name and phone number. All calls and emails are generally returned within one business day.
Why do I have to provide a picture of myself before my personal reading appointment with Cindy?
A recent headshot or picture of your face is required because it is used as a tool to help Cindy connect with you during your personal reading appointment. For this picture, we ask that you kindly provide a clear and recent headshot or picture of your face and that you are not wearing any sunglasses or hats in the picture.
How many pictures am I allowed to send in total? Am I allowed to send pictures of my loved ones that I have questions about?
You may include up to four pictures in total for your personal reading appointment with Cindy. One photo must be a recent headshot or picture of your face. The other three photos can be of your choice, such as a picture of a loved one (including pets) alive or in spirit that you may have questions or concerns about. Please ensure that these pictures are clear and not blurry.
On the day of my appointment, do I have to call Cindy or will Cindy call me?
You are responsible for calling Cindy on the day and time of your appointment.

Payment Questions

What payment methods do you accept?
At this time, we only accept Interac e-Transfer and Paypal. Payments must be made to: info@trilliumii.com
How far ahead of my scheduled appointment is payment required?
Payment for your appointment with Cindy must be made 48 hours prior to your appointment date.
What happens if I miss my appointment? Will I get a refund?
Fees paid for any missed appointments are non-refundable and non-transferable. If there are extenuating circumstances that led to your missed appointment, please call the office at 519-268-3123 or send an email to info@trilliumii.com to discuss this further.

General Questions

Cindy did a personal reading for me in the past. Do I still need to send a new picture of myself?
Yes, a new and recent headshot or picture of your face is required for each personal reading appointment with Cindy.
Will my personal pictures be deleted after my appointment?
Yes, after your appointment with Cindy, all personal pictures that you provided will be permanently deleted.
